The New Black Diamonds is a rockband formed in Eksjö, Sweden in 2019. The five-piece band consists of lead singer Klara Frisk, Catrine Jacobsen (bass/backing vocals), John Bergstrand (drums), Max Moonhammer (lead guitar) and Fredrik Lindemalm (keys). In the summer of 2019 Catrine Jacobsen reached out to some old friends and acquaintances and put together a group of talented musicians. Since then the band has practiced, recorded new songs and played live together. Catrine writes most of the songs in collaboration with the other band members.
