M.C./Producer hailing from Kingston, New York. One piece of the hip hop collective Freeqûency. Inspired by the likes of A Tribe Called Quest, Outkast, MF Doom, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar and countless other hip hop legends. "Yoj" is "joy" spelled backwards. In life I found happiness or "joy" in reverse, hence the name Yoj. Since youth, I've suffered from clinical depression and have undergone a lifelong journey to find joy.
