Making up one-half of the Detroit, Michigan base duo The Roadrunners, Costa ( Real name Lloyd Costa Hatcher II) is a rapper from Mt.Clemens, Michigan who was raised on the Eastside of Detroit. After initially starting off as a solo artist, Costa teamed up with Kill ( William Clark) and formed The Roadrunners after receiving advice from Coalition Detroit Dj's, Ill Will.
