Ava Camille grew up in the Washington D.C. area, raised by an entrepreneur father and a writer mother. Her parents played a variety of music in the house –from Tina Turner to Emmylou Harris to Prince to the Brazilian Bossa Nova. This eclectic mix of musicians inspired Ava, who now pairs her alluring, soulful vocals with a catchy pop energy. Her writing is candid, charming, and thoughtful. Ava is unapologetically herself through her music and hopes to continue developing a quality we all share: dynamism.
