Born in Wareham, Massachusetts, Jake Canney is an independent Rap/Hip-Hop artist who represents a very small and quiet town in north east Connecticut known as Killingly. Jake Canney first fell in love with Rap/Hip-Hop as young as the age of 9 with the introduction of the genre from his uncle. Jake was just 9 years old when his uncle burned him his first CD of the classic Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre songs from the early 2000's.
