Reggae singer Greg Nesbeth was born in Kingston, Jamaica in 1973. He moved around a lot as a child, and in his late teens began working in earnest on original music, using his last name as a stage name. The singer worked steadily for years, performing live, working with other reggae artists, and releasing singles of his own. Nesbeth's songs shifted from more romantic topics in the late '90s and early 2000s to a string of more socially conscious songs in the late 2000's "Guns Out," "Board House," and "Injustice."
