As one of the most innovative Blues musicians in Germany, Richard Bargel celebrated his 50th stage anniversary and 70th birthday in 2021. Deeply rooted in traditional Blues and a wizard of bottleneck guitar he reinvented himself again on his latest record „Dead Slow Stampede“. Growing up in the vibrant art scene of Cologne in the 60s, he got his inspiration from Blues giants such as Bukka White and shaped his distinctive guitar style over countless gigs all over the world.
