Husbands is an OKC-based indie rock band that plays landlocked beach pop that sidequests Krautrock, garage rock, and tropicalia. A lot of people call it bedroom pop, which is not inaccurate. Wishful thinking in soft, feel-good hues while never shaking an undercurrent of existentialism. Formed in 2013 as a file sharing, long-distance recording project between founding members / college friends Danny Davis and Wil Norton, Husbands slowly grew into the full-fledged touring act it is today.
