Born in Ghent in 1980, Flemish pop singer Born Crain grew up on the music of Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, and Billy Joel, and after studying at the Antwerp Jazz Studio, entered the 2004 series of Idool, finishing fifth place. After a stint as a studio engineer, he released his debut album, Fools Rush In, in 2006, with its third single, "Don't Ever Go," later adopted as the theme tune to Belgian TV series Aspe.
