Cale Parks became an underground icon as a founding member and drummer of art-rock heroes Aloha. From his Ohio youth, to years of touring, to a decade in NYC as session player and DJ, Cale turned an electronic music obsession into sleek deep house, balearic, and lounge, upholding the vibe for which he’s known. From Aloha’s Polyvinyl releases, to 2013’s slick N1–his first on Justin Miller’s Have A Killer Time–to 2015’s Lagoon Fool, the intention of every note is obvious.
