The Monocles are giving birth to rock music of the future by blending a raw, lo-fi vibe, with energy that is the essence of punk and grunge, while using unpredictable song structures and jazz harmonies to create a fascinating sonic experience for listeners. The St. Louis-based duo consists of Ben Webb (bass guitar, guitar, vocals) and Abraham Ward (drums, percussion, vocals). After recording their debut EP "Murals" during the summer of 2015, they played their first show, opening for Hearts Like Lions.
