Shin Dong-gab, known by his stage name The Quiett, is a South Korean rapper, composer, and record producer. He was born on January 29, 1985, in Gwangmyeong, Gyeonggi Province. The Quiett began his career in 2003 and co-founded the indie Korean hip-hop label Soul Company in 2004, alongside several artists including Kebee and Jerry.K. His studio debut, Music, was released in 2005, followed by Q Train in 2006 as well as Supremacy, a collaboration with Paloalto.
