In 2008, David Martel exploded onto Montreal's music scene with the release of his first and critically acclaimed record, Hardly Knew Me.He followed up with tours across North America and France, hitting up and leaving his mark at major industry festivals; such as SXSW (USA), NXNE (Canada), and MIDEM (France).
