Sobre The Welfare Liners
The Welfare Liners formed in Athens, GA in 2010 combining contemporary and traditional influences to a classic sound focusing on vocals and songwriting. After releasing a self-titled, six-song EP on Ghostmeat Records in 2011, the band found themselves sharing the stage with the likes of The Del McCoury Band and Dawes. Original compositions dominate their live set along with standards from Bill Monroe, Flatt & Scruggs and The Stanley Brothers.
