T.I.M. (short for The Incredible Mic) is the stage name of the Dutch musician TJ Blaauwbroek or the name of his rock formation. The band plays a crossover of rock, hip hop, rap, funk and soul. The band name is derived from the vintage Shure 55SH microphone that Blaauwbroek has tattooed on his arm. By sending a demo, Blaauwbroek comes into contact with Herman Brood manager, Koos van Dijk, who then also becomes Blaauwbroek's manager.
