In 2007, Brian Kachejian signed a contract with the North American Modern Voices label to distribute his second new age album entitled Mood Piano. The CD went on to become one of the biggest selling albums on the label. The Mood Piano album featured haunting, yet soothing piano melodies that fans of jazz, classical and new age all embraced. Mood Piano was followed up with Brian Kachejian’s Mood Christmas album. Once again, it was a new age album that balanced the talents of a skillful pianist against the warmth of the new age genre.
