Lucas Mokrani & Claire Lengaigne met during some holidays at a mutual friend’s place in the mountains a quickly started to work on some demos together. The ambivalence, between one’s rage and the other’s softness, is what makes Saavan’s sound : atmospheric layers of soft sounds meeting deconstructed rythms and strong bass. Saavan’s work seems to be heading toward one goal : creating the soundtrack of our memories.
