Hailing from coastal WA town Geraldton, Alex the Kid are five close mates who since the bands inception in 2011 have been non-stop writing, recording and most importantly partying. After releasing two EPs, a split with Brisbane’s ‘Columbus’, taking on many regional tours and a national tour, the pro-party Geraldtonians found national recognition and airplay in 2016 when they were ‘unearthed’ to play Triple J’s One Night Stand festival in their home town.
