Nora del Mar was born in 1955 under the sign of Pisces in a small town in Schleswig-Holstein. She grew up in a very musical family and learned to play the piano. The free life in the countryside as a forester's daughter and the close connection to nature also influenced her later life very much. In addition to her work as a teacher, she was always engaged in yoga, meditation, Qi Gong and other relaxation techniques.
