Sobre Safe To Swim
London born, Atlanta bred frontman James Filippides moved to Brighton in 2013 in search of like-minded musicians after a musical upbringing in the southern states, discovering his voice as a songwriter and musician. After befriending George Rawlings (guitar), George Ingledew (bass) and Joe Dennis (drums), forming Safe To Swim, the band went on to support the likes of The DMA’s, The Night Cafe, Anteros, BLOXX, The Ninth Wave and Another Sky to name but a few, as well as perform at prestigious festivals such as at The Great Escape, Truck and Y Not.
