Art Diktator is a duo consisting of Mezarses and Ravenna from Istanbul, Turkey. Founder of the band; Hakan Nurcanlı (Mezarses), has been using the title ‘’Art Diktator’’ since 1997 as the leader of his former darkwave band Neoplast. When Neoplast split up in 2008, he continued to use the title as his new band’s name.
