One Child Policy is the sonic moniker of 曹偌伟/Dennis Ruowei Cao, a Los Angeles based electronic music producer/ sound designer. Cao was born to two Chinese electrical engineers, they sparked his fascination with electronic music at a very early age. His breakthrough debut, Cultural Transmissions, released in November 2017, delivered a unique take on atmospheric techno, electro, acid and leftfield house.
