In the last year I've struggled to deal with my problems. I have gone into therapy, lost friends, lost loved ones, lost my producer, and ultimately along the road I even lost myself. However, the last year and 2020 alone, has really taught me that asking for help when you need it is important. We grow up being taught that asking for help is a sign of weakness.
