Thamsanqa Stax Masiza (28) is a rapper and songwriter born in Johannesburg and raised in Dobsonville, Soweto. He grew up with a musical background, with influences from his late brother, who was highly-passionate about collecting music and his mother who used to be a member of the Dobsonville Methodist Church choir in their neighbourhood.
