The Dusty Angels originated as a collaborative project spearheaded by AJ Howell and Luke Amerson at The Spot, a former music makerspace and recording studio situated in downtown Augusta, Georgia. Bringing together a select group of accomplished musicians from the greater Augusta area, the band swiftly evolved into a formidable seven-member ensemble. Despite the spatial constraints on stage due to their numbers, the band's vibrant energy more than compensates for the close quarters.
