Planet Lazarus, a Stoner Doom band rooted in Traditional Heavy Metal, was founded in 2021 by Steven Rizzuto Jr, A.J. Rothermel, and Hilton Cruz in Denver, CO. Drawing inspiration from iconic bands like Black Sabbath, Pagan Altar, Thin Lizzy, BANG, and Witchfinder General, this quartet combines harmonizing Sabbathian riffs with a doomedelic groove, crafting face-melting tunes that evoke the spirit of 70's Rock and Roll and 80's Traditional Doom Metal.
