Headed by three college musicians, Bok Choy is a project of passion and knowledge that Thomas, Aiden, and Jonah continue to acquire in their studies. The band started out playing small family shows at local parties, now drawing impressive crowds to restaurants, breweries, and other large outdoor shows. Starting as a guitar/drum duo, the band has added many members through the years.
