Formed in Lisbon, the members of Mazarin come from disparate locations of Portugal, and their sound simultaneously reflects the Portuguese academic musical landscape, North America's intersection of jazz and hip-hop, London's new jazz scene and African rhythms that range from afrobeat to funaná.
