Husino is a 2 person group, founded as a solo hip hop project by Nick McElmurry. The group combines live instruments and heavy rock undertones into their hip hop, similar to Flobots or Aesop Rock. Both Nick and Michael Hoffman (backup vocalist, guitarist, producer) have their roots in indie-rock. Formerly members of Water Color Weekend and numerous other indie bands, they fell in love with the idea of playing music for a career.
