Dymbur is a well-known folk metal band in the Indian metal scene, particularly known for their unique blend of tribal elements with heavy metal music. The band was formed in 2012 and they switched their genre from Djent/Prog Metal to 'Khasi Thraat Folk Metal' in 2020. “DYMBUR” is a word of KHASI origin that translates into English as “Fig Tree”.
