I never really meant for Lost in June to become a “project”, it started as a habit of saving sounds I made during long, quiet and boring afternoons as a kid. Most of the music comes from summer memories: a chord I almost forgot, a recording left running in the background, the kind of ideas that only make sense when you don’t overthink them. There’s a summer(ish) feeling in it, but not in a bright way... I like when a track doesn’t fully resolve, when it just leaves you there for a moment before moving on. I’m Lost in June… and you might still be looking for me...
