Since I was a child, I was fascinated by the piano in my grandparents living room. I was mesmerized by my grandfather’s soft touch and ability to play without reading music. My parents noticed my curiosity and signed me up for lessons, which I quickly grew bored with. I always preferred to listen to my favorite songs and then try to discover the melodies by ear. Eventually piano took the back seat when I discovered the guitar and joined a band.
