HOW IT STARTED On December 12th, 2018 Jonathan Gayle West was innocently sitting in his car in a parking lot of downtown Toronto when two 18-year-olds entered armed with a gun. They shot him 3 times; one pierced through his heart. Jon was a lifelong friend of mine. Sweet Child; a tribute to his life was the first song I ever wrote.
