LFT (Jalen Nailor)was born on the west side of Chicago with his loving mother Phyllis and Auntie Terry. While Growing up Jalen looked up to both and was always an optimistic child. As he grew up, he would face certain challenges like the passing of his aunt Terry in 2018 and his cousin Aaron in 2021. His loses impacted him not only as a young man but as an artist. The name LFT stands for Living For Terry and is used to show love and to make sure she always knows that she is in his heart even through death.
