Tri-City Fanfare is the latest cosmic collaboration from childhood friends Shane Dixon and Martin Whittaker. Produced, recorded and mixed at home, their self-titled album has taken two years of sonic experimentation, decay and distortion to finesse – resulting in a record that sounds like it's crashed through the atmosphere, burnt and warped, before landing smouldering in the desert.
