Joseph Hopper better known by his stage names, Bernstein and Young Billy Grand, is a Hip Hop artist, and Writer from Beaumont, TX. He later moved to Houston where he honed his craft of writing and creating music. Bernstein is a member of the Infamous Playa Family and signed to Game Tite Records in 1996.
