Tya Subiakto is an Indonesian composer, conductor, singer, and film score composer. She is quite well-known in the Indonesian entertainment industry, especially for her works in film music. Her musical and cinematic taste has been largely influenced by her father, Subiakto Priosoedarsono, since she was little. She started studying music at the age of three. Her instrument of choice ever since she was a student at Sekolah Musik Yayasan Pendidikan Musik — one of the best music schools in Jakarta — is the classical piano.
