Hooligan

Jihad Wactor (born January 27th, 1993) is "Hooligan", a American rapper, songwriter, producer, and the head of his own independent record label, Art Dealer Records. Originally from Elizabeth, NJ, Hooligan's diverse sound gives him the ability to capture the listeners ear and creativity to turn them into fans.
