Scarrots was a Belgian punkrockband active from 1996 until 2007. They started playing covers by Madness, The Clash, Operation Ivy and Ramones. Their first album ‘Peace of sunshine’ was released by Green Leaf/Good Life Recordings in 2001. It featured ten powerful melodic ska, punk and rocksongs. After countless shows all over Belgium they quickly gained a live reputation of hyperkinetic and energetic performances. Their first single ‘Burn The Pages’ received airplay on the Belgian national radiostation Studio Brussel. This got them a place at Belgium’s biggest alternative festival Pukkelpop....
