"A Magic Whistle is the solo recording project of instrument inventor, multi instrumentalist, and composer, Andy Puls. Though he has maintained a ritual of prolific solo recording since the mid 90's, Andy emerged in the early 2000’s US psychedelic/experimental art and music world as one half of the duo "Neon Hunk," with his solo recordings as "Mossmaster," and also with his experimental video work.
