The sound of Baby Birds is a reflection of the dichotomy of the state's landscape: the isolation within a mega-metropolis and the loneliness of a one-light outpost. Featuring members of stoner metal icons Funeral Horse and new wavers Right Speaker Heavy – the band culls a sound from the likes of Chrome, Big Black, and Head of David.
