Emerging from the foggy landscapes of the San Francisco Bay Area coast, Noctortoise is the electronic music project of Pelham Houchin III. Noctortoise explores how a mind that is focused on nature yearns for change while it navigates around a world that is a relentless maze of darkness and loss. Inspired by music artists such as Ministry, Nine Inch Nails, and Aphex Twin, Pelham has teamed up with producers Jacen Touchstone and Sebastian Komor (Xenomorph Productions) for his first releases.
