Portsmouth Virginia native A.R.T.G Target started at the age of 12 writing songs and remixing his own version of tracks that he would put his own spin to it. When he turn 13 he lost his cousin who was like an uncle to him on his birthday. The tragedy of that as a 13 year was something that's normalized today should not be seen or heard from a 13 year old but its life as they say, but it really shook em up for a while.
