I Met Famous People is the solo project of Lukas Thomasson, normally seen drumming for Swedish indie pop quartet Hater. It began as a way to the explore the darker parts of his life while making catchy tunes. The first single was recorded mostly at home on his Juno, thinking that most of what he recorded would end up in the trash. He later took the track into the studio of Joakim Lindberg and finished the project with almost all the original material intact and a lot of auto-tune.
