Sobre Ljuba Kazarnovskaya

Lyubov Jurjewna Kazarnovskaya, known professionally as Ljuba Kazarnovskaya, was born on 18 July 1956 in Moscow, Russia. She debuted as a student of the Moscow Conservatory in Eugene Onegin (1981) as Tatjana. From 1981 to 1989, she was a leading soprano at the Bolshoi and Mariinsky Theaters, performing roles such as Salome, Tosca. In 1989, she made her international debut with Riccardo Muti conducting Verdi's "Requiem" at the Salzburg Festival.
