Check out my YouTube channel /thedaveellis Dave was born in Balham, South London. Aged three, due to his parents’ separation, he moved to Nottingham with his mum & brother. As the youngest member of the family he was known as the family entertainer, who wasn’t shy to pick up the microphone or Breakdance at any special occasion. In 1983 his mother remarried, and later the family emigrated to Jamaica. When in Jamaica Dave & his stepfather experienced an armed robbery, two masked gunmen broke into their home & demanded money.
