Toronto trumpeter/composer Mac Rogers blends jazz, post-rock and experimental folk/pop to colour his journey of transformation and healing. Alternating from quiet, contemplative themes to crescendos of chaos, he draws on themes of reflection, loss and self-actualization. His sentimental approach to music performance and storytelling is deeply inspired by his love for the people and places that define his local community.
