Late one night in 2023, around a friend’s kitchen table, a now hazy conversation about genre mash-ups and 'how squelchy can a squelchy baseline really get', Jump the Fence was born. George McLeod and Martin Dobson, hailing from Norfolk and Milton Keynes respectively, both having called London home for 25 years, sat drinking an invented cocktail and discussing invented musical genres.
