Chris Tha Fifth, an Oakland, California native, and legendary Bay Area rap artist. His 2004 album, "Masterpiece", is said to be one of the top 3 rap albums in the history of Oakland! As a youth, he was arrested regularly for the sell of crack cocaine, amongst other offenses. At 23 he was sentenced 14 yrs w/85% for a shootout that wounded 3 people, including himself.
