Cecil Arjun is/was a singer-songwriter and producer. Maybe he'll make music, or maybe xe'll stay inactive. In the past, he posted rough recordings to SoundCloud that primarily highlighted his pop-rock and indie influences as well as his insecurity as a whiny high school student.
